- Handle inbound calls from international customers
- Handle international customer queries regarding billing, payment and related issues.
- Resolve customer queries over inbound calls.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Preferred Candidate
- 12 months+ experience from International BPO is mandatory!!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Graduation not mandatory.
- Adaptable working in rotational shifts / week-offs.
