Job Title: Security Officer

Experience: 5-7 Years preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Conduct regular security patrols of the premises.
- Maintain security registers, visitor records, incident logs, and daily reports.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious or unusual activity.
- Ensure proper implementation of security procedures and company policies.
- Respond quickly and appropriately to security incidents and emergencies.
- Prevent unauthorized access, theft, damage, and other security risks.
- Coordinate with local authorities, emergency services, and management when required.
- Check security equipment regularly and ensure it is in proper working condition.
- Maintain discipline, order, and a secure environment within the premises.
- Prepare and submit daily security reports to management.
- Perform any other security-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements & Qualifications





- Minimum 10th/12th Pass; relevant security certification will be an advantage.
- 5–7 years of relevant security experience preferred.
- Positive observation and communication skills.
- Physically fit and capable of performing security duties.
- Willing to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Honest, disciplined, punctual, reliable, and responsible.
- Ability to remain calm and take appropriate action during emergencies.
- Basic knowledge of security procedures, access control, and emergency response will be an advantage.
