About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Engineer who can develop new business opportunities, build customer relationships and support sales growth.

The role involves lead generation, customer interaction, sales follow-up and business development along with coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, customer visits, references and market research.
- Understand customers’ technical requirements and communicate them to the relevant teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and sales opportunities.
- Conduct customer visits and meetings as required.
- Coordinate with Sales, Application, Design, Factory and Service teams.
- Maintain records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups and customer interactions.
- Support achievement of sales and business development targets.




- Identify new customers and market opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development or a related field.
- Engineering background is preferred.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, machinery or technical product sales is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Solid follow-up and relationship-building ability.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel and visit customers.
- Willingness to learn the company’s products and applications.
