Job Title - Social Media & Brand Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media & Brand Associate to own our brands presence across social platforms. This role combines social media strategy, on-camera brand representation, static design, and basic video editing - making you the consistent, recognizable face of our brand while shaping how our content looks, sounds, and performs.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy

- Plan and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Track content performance and iterate on strategy based on trends and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.

On-Camera Content

- Act as a brand face for social media platforms, building a consistent and recognizable on-camera presence.
- Create engaging video content including reels, explainers, promotional videos, and announcements.
- Participate in campaign shoots and brand storytelling initiatives.

Static Design

- Design high-quality static creatives including social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual identity.




- Support internal communication and employer branding creatives.

Basic Video Editing

- Edit short-form video content for reels and social media posts.
- Work closely with the content and video team on script understanding and delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media, brand communication, design, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media trends and content formats.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with confidence in front of the camera.
- Basic proficiency in video editing tools.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Willing to travel.

Preferred Attributes

- Experience in personal branding or content creation is an added advantage.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced workplace.
