Job Title: Interior Designer / Architect

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Education: Bachelors degree in Interior Design or Architecture

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize, design, and develop interior spaces aligned with client requirements and brand aesthetics.

- Prepare detailed layouts, working drawings, and 3D visualizations using design software.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility, accuracy, and timely execution.

- Source materials, finishes, and fixtures in line with market trends and budget guidelines.

- Present design concepts and proposals effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.

- Resolve on-site design and execution challenges through proactive problem-solving.





- Handle client interactions professionally to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Skills & Competencies:

- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rendering Software, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.

- Solid creative and innovative mindset with a deep understanding of design principles.

- Excellent technical knowledge of materials, finishes, and market design standards.

- Effective communication and presentation skills.

- Strong planning, time management, and organizational abilities.

- Skilled in conflict management and stakeholder coordination.

- Excellent customer handling and relationship management skills.
