Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategies to increase bancassurance sales revenue growth by leveraging bank partnerships.

- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through effective communication, coaching, and performance management.

- Build robust relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers, relationship managers, and other internal teams.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion into new markets or product lines.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in area management or similar role in insurance industry.

- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any specialization).

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through team leadership and strategy development.

- Strong understanding of bancassurance sales principles and practices.
