Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in fabrication activities such as cutting, shaping, and assembling metal parts using various tools and equipment.
- Perform helper activities including cleaning, preparing surfaces for painting or coating application.
- Load/unload materials onto machines or conveyors according to production schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized work workplace by disposing of waste properly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in the fabrication industry (preferably).
- Diploma/ITI degree from a recognized institution (e.g., ITI Fitter).
- Basic knowledge of computer operating systems (MS Office) required; B.Tech in Computers an added advantage.
