Job Description Plant Engineer:

Job Summary
Synervia Healthtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and proactive Plant Engineer to oversee the installation, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment and utilities within our nutraceutical manufacturing facility. The role will focus on ensuring smooth plant operations, equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee installation, commissioning, and validation of manufacturing equipment and utility systems.
- Ensure smooth functioning of production machinery, HVAC, compressed air, water systems, and other plant utilities.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement CAPA.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and Regulatory teams.
- Maintain engineering documentation, maintenance records, calibration schedules, and SOPs.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure GMP, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Support plant expansion, facility upgrades, and new equipment procurement.
- Drive cost optimization in utilities, maintenance, and engineering operations.

Required Experience

- 3-8 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities, or Plant Operations.
- Experience in Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, Food, FMCG, or Healthcare manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance, utility systems, preventive/predictive maintenance, commissioning & validation, engineering documentation, or facility management.
- Experience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical,



or other regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and utility systems.
- Understanding of GMP, EHS, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Project management and vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of maintenance planning and engineering practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, maintenance management software, and engineering documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience in Nutraceutical / Pharmaceutical / Food Manufacturing preferred.
- Exposure to plant commissioning, qualification, and validation is an added advantage.
