Sr. Copywriter

We are looking for a Senior Copywriter who can think beyond words to conceptualise powerful ideas and translate them into impactful campaigns across digital, social, print and other communication platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a strong strategic and creative sensibility, the ability to develop compelling campaign concepts, and the visual imagination to collaborate on world-class creative work. A sharp eye for detail, strong command of language and the ability to maintain consistency across multiple communication touchpoints are essential.

Given Svarn s engineering-led businesses and highly technical product portfolio, the ability to understand complex technical concepts, products and applications and simplify them into clear, engaging and persuasive communication is critical to the role.

Key Responsibilities

- Creative Concept Development: Develop compelling campaign ideas, creative concepts and communication platforms based on briefs and business objectives across brand, corporate, product and digital communication.
- Copywriting Content: Create sharp, engaging and persuasive copy across campaigns, social media, websites, films, presentations, brochures and other communication formats, while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Strategic Thinking: Understand Svarn s businesses, products and audiences to translate business and marketing objectives into relevant, differentiated and effective communication.
- Creative Leadership:



Lead brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction and constructive feedback, and work closely with other members of the creative team to raise the quality and impact of the final output.
- Collaboration Execution: Work closely with marketing, product, sales, HR and other stakeholders, while managing multiple projects from brief to execution and ensuring high-quality delivery within timelines.

Key Qualifications

- 6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in an advertising, creative or digital marketing agency.
- Demonstrated experience in developing campaigns and concepts; not just executing briefs.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to write with clarity, personality and impact.
- Strong conceptual and strategic thinking ability.
- Sound knowledge of AI-powered creative tools, including AI content-generation platforms, prompt writing, and AI-assisted visual ideation.
- The ability to visualise ideas and articulate them clearly to designers and other creative teams.
- Curiosity and the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar industries, products and technologies.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of creative and editorial quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Good awareness of culture, communication trends and evolving digital platforms
- A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, campaign work and writing across multiple formats.
