Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver retail training programs for sales associates, focusing on fashion trends, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Conduct regular workshops and sessions to educate employees on new collections, fabrics, and styling techniques.
- Collaborate with store managers to develop effective sales strategies and improve overall performance metrics.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to team members to enhance their communication skills and build confidence in the workplace.
Job Requirements :
- 1-10 years of experience in apparel industry or related field (textile & retail).
- Solid understanding of fashion designing principles, including fabric selection, pattern making, and embellishments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
