Responsibilities

- Concept Visual Development: Develop creative concepts, visual directions and design solutions for brand, corporate, product, digital and internal communication, translating briefs into distinctive and effective visual communication.
- Design Execution: Create high-quality designs across digital and print formats, including social media, campaigns, brochures, presentations, websites, films, exhibitions and other marketing collateral.
- Brand Design Consistency: Ensure consistency in Svarn s visual identity, design language and brand aesthetics across all communication touchpoints, while maintaining a high standard of visual quality.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketing teams and other stakeholders to develop integrated creative solutions, contribute to brainstorming and bring concepts to life through strong visual storytelling.
- Production Delivery: Take ownership of projects from concept and design through final artwork and production, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, quality and timely delivery across multiple projects.

Requirements

- 6-8 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably with an advertising, creative or digital marketing agency.




- Strong conceptual and visual thinking with the ability to develop ideas, not just execute them.
- Excellent understanding of layout, typography, composition, colour, imagery and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; knowledge of other relevant design tools is an advantage.
- Good understanding of emerging AI tools and their application in graphic design, image generation, prompt creation, and visual storytelling.
- Experience across both digital and print communication.
- Strong image editing, retouching and manipulation skills.
- Ability to understand and work within established brand guidelines while also bringing fresh creative thinking.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of design craftsmanship.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within timelines.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and a diverse range of creative work.
