Job Title: SE / SSE - Retail

Job Type: Full Time

Division: Vitrified

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and grow sales through distributors and dealers in the assigned area

• Build and maintain robust relationships with architects, builders, and contractors

• Achieve primary and secondary sales targets

• Expand market presence and identify projcts/opportunities for Channel expansion

• Track competitor activity and share market intelligence

• Ensure execution of sales schemes and promotional activities

QUALIFICATION:

• Any Graduate from a recognized university.

• Part Time M.B.A. / Full Time in Marketing from a recognized university.

EXPERIENCE:

• 3-10 years of experience, 3 years of relevant experience in a Similar role/relevant and from a Building materials industry.

SKILLS:

• Channel Sales Exposure

• Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

• Should own at least a 2-wheeler.

• Smart, Presentable with Strong communication skills.

• Well Organised and able to meet deadlines.

• Takes Initiatives.
