Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of existing gold loan customers, ensuring timely repayment of loans and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Conduct thorough gold appraisals to determine the value of gold ornaments for loan purposes.
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and promoting gold loan products to them.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and performance metrics.
Job Requirements :
- 1-10 years of experience in gold loan or related field (e.g., banking).
- Strong knowledge of gold appraising techniques and regulations governing the industry.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build robust relationships with customers.
