Job description

We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Health Coach to join our interdisciplinary weight loss team. You will be designing personalized health plans, encourage sustainable lifestyle changes, and provide ongoing motivation.

Key mandates

- Work Mode - Remote
- 6 days - WFH ( Compulsory Sat & Sunday Fixed Working Days)
- Qualification - MSc . Food & Nutrition
- Certification in health coaching, nutrition, or fitness is a plus
- Should have your own device
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Should have 1:1 Digital /Online Consultation Exp
- Immediate joiners will be preferred

Responsibilities

- Conducting proper evaluation, protocol implementation and training services online.
- Evaluating clients' strengths and weaknesses, considering their medical conditions, recording the progression through program stages, and recommending/implementing protocol or program changes as required.
- Instructing, individual program development, and personal training services online to clients.
- Assess client health goals and create tailored wellness programs.
- Provide guidance on nutrition, fitness, stress management, and healthy habits.
- Track progress and adjust plans based on client needs and outcomes.
- Educate clients on preventive health practices and holistic well-being.




- Collaborate with healthcare and wellness teams to ensure integrated support.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition, fitness, and behavioral change strategies..
- Ability to build trust and inspire long-term lifestyle improvements.
