Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead large-scale operations across the state, managing 3000+ workforce and ensuring efficient service delivery as per defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations and emergency service delivery

• Lead and mentor large teams across multiple locations

• Drive process improvement, automation, and operational excellence

• Ensure effective stakeholder and government coordination

• Monitor performance, KPIs, and service quality

• Handle budgeting, cost control, and financial planning

• Support business expansion and new project implementation
