Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with 5+ years of experience

in a manufacturing domain to manage and streamline day-to-day e-commerce

operations and order fulfilment activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall e-commerce operations, order processing, fulfilment, packing, and dispatch.

• Coordinate with Production, Inventory, Warehouse, Quality, Purchase, and Logistics teams.

• Monitor inventory, production, manpower, productivity, and operational targets.

• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment and dispatch.

• Handle returns, replacements, cancellations, and operational issues.

• Develop and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.





• Prepare and analyse daily/weekly MIS and operational reports.

• Lead and manage the operations team to achieve productivity and quality targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse, order fulfilment, or logistics is an added

advantage.

• Strong skills in team management, inventory control, process improvement, and

coordination.

• Valuable knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and ERP systems.
