About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Hotel Sales Manager – B2B to drive corporate sales, strengthen business relationships, and accelerate revenue growth across our hotel network in Agra.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Agra corporate and travel market, along with an established network across corporates, TMCs, travel agencies, MICE partners, and other key travel trade stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:-
• Acquire new corporate accounts and drive room-night and revenue growth.
• Build and manage relationships with corporate decision-makers, travel managers, procurement teams, and key accounts.
• Develop business through TMCs, travel agencies, MICE agencies, tour operators, and other travel partners.
• Manage corporate contracts, RFPs, rate negotiations, and account renewals.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities across corporate, travel trade, and MICE segments.
• Track market trends, competitor activity,



and pricing to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Conduct regular client meetings, sales calls, and market visits to strengthen relationships and generate recent business.
• Coordinate with internal hotel teams to ensure smooth account onboarding, service delivery, and client servicing.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, account records, and pipeline updates.
Requirements
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in Hospitality, Travel, TMC/Travel Technology, or Aviation.
• Strong corporate and travel trade network in Agra.
• Proven track record in new business development, negotiation, account management, and closing.
• Strong understanding of corporate travel, MICE, and travel trade business.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and commercial skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and commercially focused approach.
• Strong local market knowledge and willingness to travel within Agra and nearby markets.
