About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Liaisoning Manager to manage government, railway, statutory, and stakeholder coordination activities for railway infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Railway Projects and excellent coordination skills with railway authorities, government departments, local authorities, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage liaisoning and coordination activities for Railway Infrastructure Projects.
- Coordinate with Indian Railways, railway departments, government authorities, local authorities, and other statutory bodies.
- Maintain effective professional relationships with railway officials and relevant government departments.
- Coordinate with concerned authorities for approvals, permissions, NOCs, clearances, inspections, and other project-related requirements.
- Follow up on applications, submissions, approvals, permits, and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams to understand and resolve railway-related administrative and site issues.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, inspections, joint visits, and discussions with railway officials and other stakeholders.
- Maintain proper records of correspondence, applications, approvals, permissions, and liaisoning activities.
- Follow up regularly with concerned departments to ensure timely completion of pending approvals and requirements.
- Support the Project Manager and senior management in resolving project-related coordination and administrative matters.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments whenever required.
- Monitor changes in applicable government/railway procedures and communicate relevant requirements to the project team.
- Prepare regular status updates regarding approvals, permissions, meetings, and pending matters.
- Ensure all liaisoning activities are conducted professionally and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and railway procedures.
- Handle urgent coordination requirements related to project execution and site activities.
- Travel to project sites, government offices, railway offices, and other locations as required.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Solid experience in Railway Projects and Railway Liaisoning.
- Good knowledge of railway procedures, approvals, permissions, and coordination processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and authorities.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple liaisoning activities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel and work at Pan India project locations.
Qualification
Graduate in any relevant discipline.
Candidates with qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related fields may be
preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in liaisoning, government coordination, infrastructure, construction, or railway projects.
- Railway project experience is mandatory.
- Experience in dealing with Indian Railways / Railway Authorities / Government Departments will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in liaisoning and stakeholder coordination, with mandatory Railway Project experience. The candidate should be confident in dealing with railway authorities, government departments, consultants, and other stakeholders and should be willing to travel to project locations as required.
