Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lessons to students, ensuring effective communication of subject matter.
- Prepare course materials, assessments, and evaluations to measure student progress.
- Provide individualized support to students who require extra help or have special needs.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans and improve teaching methods.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience as an English teacher (PRT/TGT).
- Solid knowledge of English grammar, literature, spoken English, and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills for effective classroom instruction.
