- Development experience in developing and maintaining SailPoint IIQ, ISC, and Saviynt solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Java, BeanShell, and Groovy is a must.
- Develop and maintain lifecycle event workflows, rules, policies, and connectors for integrations with various systems.
- Experience in customization, specifically in the creation and enhancement of workflows, custom rules, provisioning, and configuration of IIQ objects.
- Good understanding of Agile development and Scrum methodology.
- Good experience with cloud technologies; understanding of Java development is an added advantage.
- Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and familiarity with relevant development and deployment tools.
- Experience in developing and implementing data transforms.
- Develop and execute automation frameworks for SailPoint solutions.
- SailPoint Certified Architect/Engineer IIQ or ISC certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in supporting technical demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (POCs).
- Positive experience in designing complex solutions, reviewing deliverables, and performing feasibility analysis.
- Strong configuration management skills are a must-have.
