Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end *buying, sourcing and category management*.

* Identify new products, vendors and market opportunities.

* Develop and maintain robust *vendor/supplier relationships*.

* Negotiate pricing, margins, quality, MOQ and commercial terms.

* Analyze market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity.

* Plan product assortment and ensure timely availability of products.

* Manage purchase orders, inventory levels and delivery timelines.

* Drive *cost optimization, margin improvement and business growth*.

Candidate Profile

* 5 to 10 years of experience in *Buying / Merchandising / Sourcing*.

* Experience in Beauty, Jewellery, Cosmetics, Perfumes or Home Dcor is preferred.

* Strong negotiation, analytical and vendor-management skills.

* Good understanding of market trends, product development and commercial aspects.
