We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with strong ethnic fashion retail experience, team leadership, sales, and customer management skills. Candidates from ethnic wear or designer backgrounds will be preferred.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage daily store operations to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.
- Lead a team of sales associates and provide guidance on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue growth.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store displays.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in team leadership, sales, and customer management in the ethnic fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of ethnic wear and designer products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with inventory management and stock control systems.
