6. TAKT change & Line balancing with de-bottleneck
7. Capacity planning & Manpower calculation
8. Industrialization of New product Introduction & Product Change request management
9. Shopfloor layout design (AutoCAD) & Kanban with warehouse management
10. Hands on experience in MS office & SAP/Oracle for IE related (Solid Edge, ERP system, Team centre will be added advantage)
