- Manage customer relationships, ensuring timely disbursement of loans and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Oversee the entire process from loan application to disbursal, including documentation and verification.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to gold loan operations.
Job Requirements :
- 1-10 years of experience in gold appraising or a similar role in banking or finance industry.
- Solid knowledge of gold valuation techniques and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and relationship management.
