Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices
- Work with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) for optimal data management
- Implement security best practices and authentication systems
- Optimize database queries and API performance
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Write technical documentation and API specifications
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in backend development
- Solid proficiency in Node.js and Python
- Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and Docker
- Understanding of security best practices
- Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms
Nice to Have
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Knowledge of message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
- Experience with GraphQL
- Contributions to open source projects
