Responsibilities

- 5-8 years experience in ITSM tools domain with all core modules like Incident and Problem Management, Asset Management and CMDB, Change and Release Management, SLM, Availability and Capacity Management, Knowledge Management, Catalogue and Request fulfilment, Financial and Demand Management, Operations and Event Management, etc
- 5-8 years experience in any of the tools like BMC Remedy, Symphony, Summit, Cherwell, etc
- Understanding and working knowledge of end-to-end infrastructure monitoring, discovery, Operations tools, etc
- Should have worked on integration with 3rd party tools
- Experienced in code and data migration, upgradation,



installation and plugins
- Working knowledge of Performance Analytics and Reports
- Having past experience in 2-3 implementation is a plus
- Hands on experience in troubleshooting issues and identifying solutions
- Should be able to coordinate with different teams to progress and complete the work
- Certification Requirements ITIL Tools Certifications
