Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct gold appraisals to determine the value of gold ornaments for loan purposes.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring timely disbursement of loans and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Process gold loan applications, verifying documents and conducting due diligence as required.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, including loan agreements, interest calculations, and repayment schedules.
Job Requirements :
- 1-10 years of experience in gold loans or related field (e.g., banking).
- Strong knowledge of gold loan operations, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build robust customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
