- TEECOM's BIM / Production practice is the backbone of how TEECOM delivers coordinated, construction-ready technology systems documents. BIM / Production specialists work alongside discipline engineers across ICT/Telecom, Security, AV, Wireless, Acoustics, and other technology disciplines to produce Revit models, coordinated drawings, and construction documentation.
- Work includes Revit modeling and coordination, clash detection using Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM execution planning, drawing production, and supporting construction administration deliverables. BIM / Production specialists are not discipline engineers - they are modeling and documentation experts who translate engineering intent into accurate, coordinated construction documents.
- You will work across multiple projects and disciplines simultaneously, maintaining model health and supporting engineering teams in delivering high-quality work on schedule.
- At more senior levels, you will lead BIM strategy across projects, establish modeling standards, mentor junior production staff, and serve as the production quality authority on complex engagements.

- Revit proficiency for MEP or technology systems documentation
- Experience with Navisworks and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for coordination and clash detection
- Ability to read and interpret technology systems design intent and translate it into coordinated Revit models
- Understanding of BIM execution planning, model organization, worksets, view templates, and naming conventions
- Experience working on complex projects across a range of facility types and industries
- Degree in BIM, architecture, construction management, engineering technology, any four-year engineering discipline, or a related technical field - preferred
- Familiarity with technology disciplines (ICT/Telecom, AV, Security, Wireless) - preferred
- Autodesk Certified Professional: Revit MEP or equivalent Autodesk certification - preferred
- Ability to manage your own work independently across multiple concurrent projects
