Job Summary

The STEM Trainer will be responsible for delivering training in Cyber Security Operations (Cyber-Ops), Data Analytics, and AI Essentials domains along with soft skills sessions, while actively supporting student mobilisation, engagement, and placement activities. The role requires robust on-ground presence, industry linkage, and a target-oriented approach to ensure successful enrolment and placement outcomes.

Position Title: Trainer - STEM Courses

Location: Multiple Districts (Within Assigned State)

Reporting To: Training Coordinator

Qualifications / Experience

- B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Cyber Security, or related fields
- 1-3 years of relevant teaching or industry experience in Cyber-Ops, Networking, AI, or Data Analytics
- Experience in student mobilisation or skill development programs is an added advantage
- Prior exposure to skill development programs will be an added advantage

Key Skills Required

- Strong technical knowledge in Cyber Security, Networking, AI, and Data Analytics
- Hands-on experience with tools, labs, and real-world applications
- Ability to deliver complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Basic computer proficiency and reporting skills
- Self-driven with ability to manage training, mobilisation,



and documentation independently
- Willingness to travel and work on field-based projects

Key Responsibilities

- Training Delivery
- Deliver classroom and practical sessions on Cyber-Ops, AI, and Data Analytics modules
- Ensure practical, engaging, and outcome-oriented learning

- Student Engagement Mentorship

- Mentor students, provide career guidance, and ensure active participation
- Ensure course completion through continuous mentoring and follow-ups

- Mobilization Outreach

- Conduct field visits, awareness drives, and community outreach activities
- Support student enrolment and participation

- Placement Coordination

- Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth program execution

- Field Coordination Reporting

- Manage district-level activities, stakeholder engagement, and MIS reporting

- Additional Responsibilities

- Support program operations, events, and continuous improvement initiatives
