Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to customers to promote and sell credit cards and loan products.
* Clearly explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
* Handle 200 to 300 calls per day and proactively understand customer needs.
* Communicate effectively in English and preferably additional regional languages.
* Meet and exceed daily sales targets consistently.
* Accurately fill out customer application forms and perform KYC verification. Maintain a professional and neutral tone in all customer interactions.

Required Skills:





* Strong verbal communication skills in English & Hindi
* Proficiency in additional regional languages is highly desirable.
* Excellent sales and persuasion abilities.
* Multilingual communication is a plus. Ability to manage high call volumes and handle customer queries professionally.

Compensation & Benefits:

Initial Salary: 18,000 Take Home per Month (15,000 Fixed +1500 DBT +1500 Special Incentives)

After 3 Months: 21,500 Take Home per Month (17,000 Fixed +1500 DBT+3000 Special Incentives) + Performance Based Incentives
Between 9 to 12 months (Performance-Based): 2.75 LPA (Medical Insurance + Gratuity + PF) & Performance Based Incentives.

Post-Promotion: Employee welfare benefit of 10K will be paid every 6 months.

Shift Timings:

Initial: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (inclusive of breaks)
Post-Promotion: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (inclusive of breaks)
Working Days:

Initial: 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off
Post-Promotion: 5 days a week with 2 rotational weekly offs
