Job Summary

This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Data Science, Data Mining, Data co-ordination with marketing team, BI team. Driving FA data campaigns. Sales query resolution on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

- Meet and exceed business goals/targets in different products (Loans and Insurance bundled/non-bundled) through lead fulfilment and field activity on existing data base.
- Manage, control and own all channels businesses.
- Recruit, retain, manage and build a productive team of off-roll employees.
- Maintain delinquency on the portfolio, in line with the product segment.
- Take care of customer escalations and complaints.
- Monitor and measure key conversion, productivity and data penetration metrics.
- Effectively engage with Credit, Operations and Risk teams.





Required Qualifications and Experience

- Graduates with 2-3 years of prior work experience in direct or channel sales in loans. Experience in Insurance will be an added advantage.
- Excellent team handling and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to recruit FOS through different channels.
- Positive hands-on experience and know-how for working on data management and MS Office.
- A good team leader to handle the team and achieve the set target.
- Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.
