• Lead footwear design from concept to final product

• Develop innovative and commercially relevant footwear collections
• Collaborate closely with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams
• Drive design briefs, sampling, and product development
• Ensure the collection reflects the brands aesthetic and quality standards
