Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor bus body manufacturing processes at vendor/plant locations.
- Perform vehicle inspection and quality clearance at plant.
- Inspect incoming and in-house parts at different stages.
- Identify and report bus body and assembly defects.
- Support defect analysis and corrective actions.
- Monitor quality gates at different manufacturing stages.
- Follow up on defects to achieve Zero Defect / Right First Time.
- Coordinate with bus body vendors and plant teams for quality issues.
- Ensure processes follow PFD, Control Plan and approved PPAP requirements.
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Use basic 7 QC Tools, 5 Why and Fishbone for problem analysis.
