Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage provider credentialing process from application to activation, ensuring timely processing and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including providers, payers, and healthcare organizations to resolve issues related to credentialing applications.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with providers, including correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
- Identify areas for improvement in the credentialing process and implement changes to increase efficiency.

Job Requirements :

- 3-10 years of experience as a Credentialing Specialist or similar role in US Healthcare industry.
- Solid understanding of US healthcare regulations and guidelines governing provider credentialing processes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with providers, payers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
