Role Overview

Shall be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining an effective document

management system to ensure controlled creation, review, distribution, storage, and retrieval of all

project documents. The role includes receiving and logging engineering, contractual, and site

documents; maintaining document registers, revision control, and traceability; and ensuring timely

distribution to relevant stakeholders in line with the document control procedures. The Document

Controller coordinates closely with PMC teams, EPC contractors, consultants, and the client to ensure

compliance with project document standards, supports audits and reviews, manages correspondence

and transmittals, and assists in project close-out by ensuring completeness of as-built documents,

dossiers, and handover records.

Key Responsibilities





Function as the home-office lead for project document control, reporting to the Overall Project

Coordinator

Establish and administer the project document control system in accordance with PMC or Client

procedures

. Register, track, issue, and archive all engineering, contractual, and project correspondence

. Maintain accurate document and drawing registers, ensuring version control and status visibility

. Coordinate with engineering, planning, and site teams to ensure consistency between home-office

and site documentation

. Compile, verify, and hand over as-built documentation and final project dossiers at close-out
