Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and revenue targets for the assigned territory.
- Manage distributors, dealers, and retailers across the area.
- Drive primary and secondary sales through effective distribution.
- Expand market coverage and identify current business opportunities.
- Manage and monitor the sales team and field performance.
- Ensure implementation of schemes, promotions, and merchandising activities.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy distributor relationships.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular market updates to management.
Preferred Experience: 9 years in FMCG sales, preferably with experience in General Trade / Distribution.
