- Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets.
- Manage retailers, distributors, and market outlets in the assigned territory.
- Drive primary and secondary sales through regular market visits.
- Develop new outlets and expand market coverage.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising.
- Implement company schemes, promotions, and trade offers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain solid relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Ensure timely order booking and collection follow-ups.
- Submit daily/weekly sales and market reports to the reporting manager.
