Roles and Responsibilities :

- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with existing clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of various credit card products and services to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by acquiring new credit card accounts, increasing wallet share from existing portfolio, and upselling/cross-selling relevant products.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., underwriting, operations) to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

- 0-3 years of experience in credit card sales or related field.
- Solid knowledge of credit cards, including features, benefits, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills for effective pitching and negotiation with customers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
