- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Oversee floor management to ensure an efficient use of space and optimal product display.
- Develop strategies to drive sales growth through effective showroom management and luxury sales techniques.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Job Requirements :
- 3-12 years of experience in retail store operations or related field (beauty & personal care industry preferred).
- Proven track record in managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong knowledge of luxury sales principles and ability to apply them effectively.
- Experience with skin care products or services is desirable but not essential.
