Role & responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with franchise partners and business associates.
- Drive business through equity, mutual funds, insurance and other wealth products.
- Generate new franchise leads and onboard recent partners.
- Achieve assigned revenue, AUM and business targets.
- Support franchise partners with product knowledge, sales strategies and client servicing.
- Monitor franchise performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and issue resolution.
