As a Data Scientist at HealthWorksAI, you will play a pivotal role in integrating diverse modelling techniques, enhancing model

interpretability, and collaborating on the development of innovative, data-driven solutions. With a focus on continuous learning

and industry exposure, you'll contribute to a culture of analytics empowerment while showcasing your proficiency in analytics tools

and problem-solving.

What You'll Do:

- Model Integration: Blend traditional and modern AI/ML techniques to address complex business challenges.
- Interpretability Focus: Enhance model interpretability using xAI methodologies for clear insights.
- Solid Data Foundation: Build a robust foundation in data engineering, modelling, algorithms,



and general data science

principles.

- Analytical Proficiency: Showcase proficiency in regression, boosting/bagging, segmentation, forecasting and Deep

Learning/NN techniques.

Experience You'll Need

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ideally in Computer Science, Statistics/Economics, or related

fields.

- Hands-on Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in developing data-driven solutions.
- Industry Exposure: Familiarity with the US Healthcare Insurance domain.
