Hiring: Senior Barista – Delilah’s Cafe, Delhi
We are looking for an experienced Senior Barista to join our team at Delilah’s Cafe.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of espresso-based beverages, coffee preparation, machine handling, latte art, and maintaining consistent drink quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality hot & cold coffee beverages
- Maintain coffee consistency, presentation and speed of service
- Handle and maintain espresso machines & grinders
- Manage bar setup, cleanliness and inventory
- Train and guide junior baristas
- Ensure excellent customer service
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years as a Barista, preferably in a premium café.
Candidates with valuable communication skills, a positive attitude and a passion for coffee will be preferred.
