Job Responsibilities

Prepare RA Bills, Final Bills and Sub-Contractor Bills.

Prepare and verify BOQ, Quantity Calculations and Measurement Sheets.

Check site measurements as per actual work executed.

Prepare and maintain Measurement Book (MB).

Verify quantities with approved BOQ, drawings, work orders and specifications.

Handle Extra Items, Variations, Deviations and Rate Analysis.

Coordinate with Site Engineers, Surveyors, Clients and Consultants for billing and measurements.

Maintain proper records of bills, measurements and supporting documents.

Assist in quantity reconciliation and project cost monitoring.

Ensure timely and accurate submission of bills.

Required Skills

Valuable knowledge of Road Construction Billing & Quantity Surveying

Knowledge of BOQ & Rate Analysis

Good working knowledge of MS Excel

AutoCAD knowledge preferred

Positive communication and documentation skills

Experience in Road / Highway Projects will be preferred.
