Looking for HR Recruiters for our Consultancy in Ameerpet to handle the Client Requirements entry level roles volume hiring, daily walkins in office.
In 2 - 3 months Training we pay 8k - 10k and based on work performance we revise the salary after 2 - 3 months.
Job Opening – Female Recruiters
Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 ( In 2 - 3 months Training ) + Incentives you can earn

? Eligibility:
Female Freshers with strong communication & convincing skills
Any Degree/MBA Freshers and Pursuing can apply.
- Must speak Fluent Hindi, Telugu and Good English
- Interested in talking to jobseekers, conducting interviews, and analyzing suitability for roles
having own laptop and smartphone is advantage.
? Roles & Responsibilities:
- Call and interact with jobseekers, explain available work profiles
- Convince candidates to apply for suitable roles
- Gather referrals and arrange daily walk‑ins at client locations
- Coordinate with candidates and ensure proper follow‑up until they join
- Track candidate progress until successful completion of 2 months at the Client Place.
? Skills Required:
Excellent communication and convincing ability
- Confidence in handling jobseekers
- Valuable at building rapport and maintaining records in Excel sheet. Good typing speed
- Strong follow‑up and coordination skills
