We are looking for a Telecaller – Sales & Lead Generation Executive to join our team at Income N Filing.

Responsibilities:

- Make a minimum of 300 outbound calls per day to potential customers.
- Explain our GST, Income Tax, Accounting, DSC and other business services.
- Understand customer requirements and generate qualified enquiries.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain proper follow-up records.
- Schedule online/offline meetings with interested clients.
- Coordinate with the sales/accounts team for further conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales/enquiry targets.

Performance Expectations:

- Minimum 300 calls/day
- Minimum 2 hours connected talk time/day
- Generate qualified enquiries from calls
- Maintain regular follow-ups
- Meet monthly performance targets

Requirements:

- 12th pass or above




- Positive communication skills
- Basic Hindi and English required
- Sales/telecalling experience preferred
- Freshers with good communication and confidence can also apply
- Candidate must be comfortable with target-based work

Work Conditions:

- Work from office – Kasba, Kolkata
- Full-time, day shift
- Own smartphone and SIM required for work-related calling
- Laptop required
- 15-day training period
- 3-month probation period

Salary:

₹10,000–₹15,000 fixed + performance incentives

Potential earnings: ₹20,000–₹27,000+ per month based on performance.
