Process: IndiGo Airlines – Customer Support Voice Process
- Salary & BenefitsIn-Hand Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,500 per month, depending on interview performance and communication skills.
- CTC: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on interview performance, previous experience, last drawn salary, and communication skills.
- Annual CTC: Up to ₹3 LPA, depending on experience and last drawn CTC.
- Incentives: Applicable after successful completion of floor training, subject to company terms and conditions.
- Working Details5 days working with 2 rotational offs.
- Rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
- One-side shuttle service available from Botanical Garden Metro Station to the office.
- One-side cab facility available during odd hours only.
- Eligibility CriteriaGood verbal communication skills are mandatory.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience with valid employment documentation is required.
- Both graduates and undergraduates are eligible.
- Freshers are not eligible for this position.
Required Documents for Experience VerificationCandidates must provide valid proof of their previous employment, such as:
- Offer letter.
- Last 3 months’ salary slips or bank statements showing salary credits.
- Experience letter, relieving letter, or resignation acceptance email/letter.
Note: Candidates must have at least 6 months of verifiable work experience. Salary and CTC will be finalized based on the candidate’s experience, last drawn salary, communication skills, and interview performance.
