Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial HR & Finance to build and manage the people, finance and corporate functions of our business unit.

The role will be responsible for creating strong HR systems, financial controls, statutory compliance and CSR initiatives while supporting the company's growth from startup to a scalable organization.

Key Responsibilities

HR & People

- Develop HR policies, systems and organizational structure.
- Lead recruitment and manpower planning in Automotive Service supplier industry.
- Build performance management, KPI/KRA and appraisal systems.
- Manage payroll, attendance, employee engagement and retention.
- Develop training and skill-development programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and HR regulations.
- Build a professional and performance-driven work culture.

Finance & Commercial

- Manage accounting, budgeting, cash flow and working capital.
- Prepare monthly MIS, management reports and financial forecasts.
- Monitor project costing, profitability and budget vs. actuals.
- Manage receivables, payables and cash-flow planning & EBITDA
- Margin Realization •Coordinate GST, TDS, audit and other applicable statutory compliances.

CSR & Corporate Responsibility





- Develop CSR strategy aligned with company values and applicable requirements.
- Coordinate CSR activities, budgets and implementation partners.
- Promote responsible and sustainable business practices.

Startup Responsibilities

- Build HR & Finance processes from zero to scale.
- Establish ERP/MIS and reporting systems.
- Create policies, SOPs and internal controls.
- Support management in business planning and cost optimization.
- Develop a strong organizational culture and governance framework.

Preferred candidate profile

- 6-10 years of experience in HR, Finance, Administration or corporate functions.
- Experience in Automotive / Engineering / Manufacturing / Industrial Services preferred.
- Solid knowledge of HR operations and financial management.
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance and corporate governance.
- Good knowledge of budgeting, MIS, cash flow and project costing.Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
