- ? Job ResponsibilitiesAcquire current merchants/customers in the assigned area.
- Conduct daily field visits and market activities.
- Explain products and services to merchants/customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Onboard new merchants and complete required documentation.
- Maintain good relationships with existing merchants.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with potential and existing merchants.
- Handle basic customer/merchant queries and coordinate with the concerned team.
- Maintain daily sales and field visit reports.




- ✅ Candidate RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Merchant Acquisition or a related field.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable with field work and daily market visits.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
