Telesales Executive – Kannada

Job Description

Income N Filing is a GST, Income Tax and Accounting services firm. We are hiring a Telesales Executive for our Karnataka team.

Responsibilities

- Call business owners from the data provided by the company.
- Explain our GST, Income Tax, Accounting and ROC services.
- Understand customer requirements and generate qualified enquiries.
- Follow up with interested customers through WhatsApp and email.
- Schedule online meetings with interested clients.
- Update call and follow-up details in CRM/sheet.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Performance Expectations

- Minimum 300 calls per day
- Minimum 2 hours connected talk time per day
- Generate qualified enquiries
- Complete follow-ups on time
- Achieve monthly sales targets

Work & Timing

- Full-time




- Monday to Saturday
- 10 AM – 7 PM
- Work from Home
- Occasional meetings/client visits may be required

Salary

- 15-day paid training – ₹3,000
- After training: ₹10,000 fixed per month + sales incentives
- Higher earning potential based on performance

Requirements

- Kannada and Hindi fluent
- Basic English
- Positive communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable speaking with business owners
- Smartphone + SIM required
- Laptop required
- Quiet place to make calls
- Freshers can apply
- Previous telecalling/sales experience preferred
- Comfortable with target-based work
