Telesales Executive – Marathi | Work From Home

Income N Filing is a GST, Income Tax and Accounting services firm. We are looking for a Telesales Executive for our Maharashtra team.

What you will do:

- Call business owners from the data provided by the company.
- Explain our GST, Income Tax, Accounting and ROC services.
- Understand the customer’s requirement and generate qualified enquiries.
- Follow up with interested customers through WhatsApp and email.
- Schedule online meetings with interested customers.
- Update call and follow-up details in our CRM/sheet.
- Work towards daily and monthly sales targets.

Performance Expectations:

- Minimum 300 calls per day
- Minimum 2 hours of connected talk time per day
- Generate qualified enquiries from calls
- Complete follow-ups on time
- Achieve monthly sales targets

Work & Timing:

- Work from Home
- Monday to Saturday




- 10 AM – 7 PM
- Maharashtra-focused sales role

Compensation:

- 15-day paid training – ₹3,000
- After training: ₹10,000 fixed/month + sales incentives
- Higher earnings based on performance

Requirements:

- Marathi and Hindi fluency is mandatory
- Basic English
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Smartphone + SIM required
- Laptop required
- Quiet place to make calls
- Previous telecalling/sales experience preferred
- Freshers with positive communication skills can apply
